Starbucks - Store manager

I visit the Starbucks store #2970 every morning, but this morning @6:15am the Store manager was very rude to me and would not service me. I've been going here now over a year but now I'm changing to Dunkin Donuts where the service is great! You guys are losing valuable customers everyday by not training your service staff. I wasn't served, so I don't have any receipts, etc...

I'm aware that NOTHING is going to be done, so as a valued customer, I've decide to delete my account with Starbucks.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and maybe retraining your managers.
