Extended Stay America

Upon checking in the woman who did so was extremely rude and accused me of being someone who had an altercation with another guest 2 weeks ago and had been kicked off property even though it wasnt me and i have never stayed here. I was refused additional nights based on this. I was then given a room where the bath faucet ran all night, there were needle caps in the floor, and i was given dirty dishes one of which was a spoon that was bent and had a burn spot on the bottom. I was greeted rudely any time i needed anything and spoke with staff. Had the card already not been charged i would have stayed elsewhere. I didnt pay good mobey to be treated this way.
