The UPS Store - Customer service rude

šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø such a bad experience while ago at our small ups store! The owner has always been so nice but not today wow! I go in to ship packages back to amazon they scanned everything and her son working the front gave me the price to pay for wrapping them together my packages. Well I thought he said $70.19 I said $70.19 I might as well keep them and wrap myself. He said I done printed the slips. His mom (the owner says to me) i'm not wrapping them for free! I replied nicely and said I don't expect you to! I told husband that's crazy ill just take them. Myself and wrap themšŸ˜‚ the owner looked at me again amd said very loudly and rude well i'm not wrapping them for free for you! Geeeeezzzz! She raised her voice at me very loudly 3 times saying the same thing! I mean clearly lady I heard you the first time! Why are you being so rude today don't take your problems and issues out on your customers! It was clearly a misunderstanding when the boy quoted me the amount and all you both had to do was tell me the price again! Omg can I catch a freaking break today!
Well all I can say you lost my business and I will be going to staples for now on.
