Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank) - Very rude service/done

I have banked with BB&T for over 20 years and never had any issues. Today 4-4-22, going into the drive up window the lady throws my deposit slip at me and tells me it is $100 over in cash. I said, just do a correction and deposit the funds. She refused! Until the deposit slip was corrected. This isn't the first time she has been rude. I have 7 accounts, 2 business, and I assure you I will not be banking there any longer.

There have been so many things that have gone wrong during this merger that I can no longer trust that my funds are being handled properly.

I paid sales tax through the Dept. of Rev. doing an ACH and found out that my bank refused to draw the funds, so I have to pay a year of sales tax trying to figure out all the fees and interest that Truist Bank has caused. I have called for weeks trying to get them to verify what happen and still unresolved. I have a charge for over $700 on account that was a line of credit? They could not give me an answer to what happened.
