Walgreens - pharmacy

On April 5th, I called my prescription into the Walgreens Pharmacy. This location was just purchased from Rite-Aid and was going through the transition process, which I totally understand and empathize with. I received a text that my prescription was ready to be picked up at 3 pm. I went there at 4:30, waited in line for 42 minutes, only to be told it was not ready yet. I went home, got another text stating it was ready. I went back to the pharmacy on April 6th at 5:47. Waited in line, I was next in line and it was 6:03, the Pharmasist who's name is Franklin threw up his hand and yelled, we closed! (not we are closed, we closed) The cashier, Kit, who has known me for years...said Hi Miss Karen, Franklin said to her, "don't talk to her, I'm trying to get her to leave, now come on." I left the store in tears. I returned on April 7th to get my medication that I have at that time been 2 days without. I was greated by Nick, who's tag said Coach. I told him this was my 3rd day trying to pick up medication (I was very nice), he shrugged his shoulders. I responded, so Nick, the Coach how do I get my prescriptions transfered to a competitor. He said just have them call, never had eye contact. I said, so Nick, you don't care that a long time customer is going to leave and go elsewhere? He said, "what am I supposed to do about it'? Another emloyee, Chris who has worked there forever came and said Miss Karen we are so sorry, please do not leave us and Nick never said a word. Franklin, the Pharmasist overheard the whole conversation and did nothing but give me a dirty look. I am an HR Manager of over 1, 000 employees. I am educated, I do a lot for our community and am one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I was treated horribly, as the former Rite-Aid employees are being treated. Walgreens invested all that money and people are talking about this all over town. I am taking my business elsewhere, but curious to see if anyone cares from a Corporate level. This location is doomed to fail under the direction of your Coach and Pharmasist.
