My wife and I visited Wendy's and had another couple meet us there, at the Kings Mountain, North Carolina restaurant on Dec 12, 2022, arriving at 6:30 pm, and dined in and stayed till a little after 8:00 pm. We witnessed the manager; Billy; belittle an employee, right out in the open counter area, with customer's waiting for food, and waiting to place their orders. Come to find out, the employee was fairly new. Very unprofessional!
I went back up after eating, to order frosty's, and a lady which just received her food; @ $31, asked to speak to the manager; and when Billy came, her complaint was she witnessed Billy dip something, got it on his finger, lucked his finger, then proceeded to get her french fries, and had the locked finger inside the carton with the fries.
I quietly supported her decision; she wanted a full refund, and left with no food.
Billy; should NOT be in a leadership position! He also should not be allowed to belittle an employee! I'm a 62 year old professional; and I would never work for someone like Biily! We will not return there if Billy is still there!

Desired outcome: Billy needs to find employment elsewhere; and should be reprimanded for belittling an employee! This wasn't the first time I witnessed him be loud and disciplining someone in front of customers.
