I bought a tv from them today 55 in flat screen smart tv and I get home and open it and there's a crack in the bottom of the screen I called and asked them politely to trade the tv for another one and they refused to accept it back and rudely hung up the phone on me. I want a replacement for my tv or my money back 319.00$ once again i'd like for them to replace my tv or give me my money back 55in flat screen smart tv. They cheated me and we're very dispespectful over the phone.
