On 9/04/22 went to do a return on a special order at the service desk, there were three associates at the service desk. When they were done with what ever they were doing, no one even acknowledged that I was even there. Finally after about five minutes an associate who doesn't even normally works the service helped me. He was very polite and kept apologizing for taking so long. I placed an online order two days prior to store pickup and asked him about it. He said he'd seen it out in staging. Checked on line on 9/8/22 it says order cant be found. Tried calling store several times and got hung up on. The issue with this in particular store is customer service. They don't speak to customers unless they are spoken to first. I used to work the big flats NY store when it first opened, this was not acceptable by all means. We were taught that it's Lowes policy to acknowledge customers, make them feel like you're there to help. This is is is a lot of these stores associates don't seem to feel that way.
