Woodforest National Bank - Closing before time to

I went to the Branch inside Walmart at 4424 West Wendover Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27407. I got there around 5:35-40pm. The gate was drawn halfway and the sign says their hours were until 6pm. I had checked this on Google before I arrived so I thought I made it before they closed. There was no one behind the counter or visible in the bank. I filled out my deposit slip and waited. A gentleman came and waited behind me but no one showed up. He said he wanted to use the ATM but it read that it was out of service and to see an attendant. There was no attendant to help him. He eventually got tired of waiting and left. I knew someone would eventually have to come close the gate and maybe they would be nice enough to do my deposit so I kept waiting. A lady walking by said that it was pointless to wait. She said she was there earlier and no one ever showed up. We spoke for a few minutes and I finally decided that I looked like a crazy person standing out there when no one was obviously going to help me. When I finally got back in my car, it was 5:57pm. If the hours are until 6pm, the gate it open, there is no sign stating otherwise, you should be there for the customers. You cannot just leave and if you do then close the place. It is rude but at least it is not mis-leading.
