Lack of communication when I send a refill online it's as if they always have an excuse while the order wasn't filled! I have set for almost an hour going to the drive thru while waiting on other customer at the pickup window gets their prescription's filled. I ask the lady at the pickup window what was taking so long her reply was they were having to fill peoples prescription's while waiting. I ask wouldn't it be better for them to go back around while waiting on customers who have called in or ordered online? She replied I needed to call home office! Then one day I ask if someone could please get me a bottle of Aleve her comment was we don't shop for customers. The next time I went thru the line I have seen an employee had over a bottle of lotion and a drink to a customer. I am seriously thinking about changing over to CVS just across the street. I had one prescription and ask if they accepted Good RX I was told yes however with the coupon CVS beat their price almost $200.00 less. I do thousands of dollars with Walgreen's each year when I told the person today after not having a medication ready which I needed yesterday and went online to place my order and she tells me they never received it however it was sent by text and email my order had been placed. There are too many excuses and lack of information if this happens 1 more time I will move all of my medication refills sent to CVS!
