I did a trade-in for a Chevrolet Malibu on August 10th of this month I've gone through so much stress and unnecessary unprofessional service. I had the car for 1 week & my oil was 32%, my headlight was out, windshield wipers weren't changed and needed to be changed badly, all my fluids in the car are empty, my side mirrors do not work, radio half way works. I go up there next week and they only fix my wipers and headlight . Then the next week my card was ran when it wasn't supposed to . Tyler at the office in Raleigh lied to me and said it was through auto pay when it wasn't . He also took my last bit of money out of my account and wasn't authorized by me . I was told there was nothing he could do and it would take 3-5 business days to be back on my card . Then, 30 minutes later Tyler calls me again and says "i spoke to HR if you come in we can get your money on faster" I go in just to be told I can't get my money . I have a 8 month old daughter who needs formula, I also could not pay my car insurance nor buy food or gas for myself to get to work . This is the second time something has happened in less than a month and I am very unsatisfied with how unorganized the company is. I don't feel I should have been lied to about what happened with my card or about me getting my money sooner than later. I would like to know what could be done about the situation and if nothing can be done then I want to return the car and stop doing business with you guys. Not only is this whole situation hurting me but it's hurting my child.
