I placed an order to buy new furniture on July 17, 2020, paying a 750.00 dollar deposit. I was told the furniture would take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. I was very patient and finally went to the store (6060 Bayfield Pkwy, Concord, NC 28027) on November 5, 2020, to check on said order. I was told by the general manager, Chris, that the order would not be ready until sometime in 2021. At that point I told Chris I would like to cancel my order. I was instructed by Chris to call customer care and once he received the template from them he would refund my deposit. I have called Customer Care on several occasions and have yet to receive any results. The last person I spoke to on November 24, 2020, stated no paperwork had been sent over from the store to the refund department. As of December 1, 2020, my deposit has not been returned to me.
