Pizza Hut

I tried to redeem my pizza hut points on line and it wouldn't go through then I called the lady took my order an said the points come out I gave my account and number she had me come in saying it would be ready in 15 mins when we arrived twenty minutes later they tried to charge for pizza and told more misinformation and was very rude saying it and we drove from 20 minutes away for nothing and i'm very dissatisfied and we spend a lot of money there an that's not loyalty to ur customers giving false information and being rude so yes I will complain hope this is heard and solved
