I was at the Dollar Tree at store # 2316, while I was checking out. The manager and another coworker were having a very degrading conversation about another employee at the location.
The manager and the body employee who was sweeping the floors, were body shaming the employee in her absence. They spoke about her eating habits and more. The cashier and other customers heard these nasty comments, the manager was rocking back in his office chair as comfortable as can be.
I then asked the cashier are they talking about another employee? I said loud enough for them to hear me. Then they stopped and bowed their head and acted like nothing. It is a shame to know that as leader running an establishment in these hard times. He and another co worker will be bashing and body shaming another employee.

Desired outcome: The manger and employee needs to be held accountable it was shameful and disgusting. A man who is a leader will do such a thing as a woman myself I will not want someone like to be my superior.
