Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank) - Truist checking

Too many problems not enough space

Zelle transfers going missing for days at a time.

Locked out of online banking.

Customer service waiting times over 60 mins only to be disconnected after 30 on numerous occasions.

Final straw was teller and manager refusing to let my wife bank cash into my account telling her to go to post office and get check

Desired outcome: Close truist and bring back Bb&t
