This pertains to the pharmacy at winn dixie on hwy 49 in gulfport mississippi. For the last couple of months the pharmacy can not be reached by customers or doctors offices by phone. Also when a prescription is sent by a doctors office it is often misplaced or takes days to get filled. Also most of the times I go, they do not run my prescription assistance card for the prescription and I have informed them to do so every time I go to pick up the prescription. The cashier at the pharmacy is rude and hardly listens to any of the information she ask for.
Desired outcome: Please assist this pharmacy to have better customer service and support
Very long story short gone to the Winn Dixie pharmacy in hwy 49 Gulfport Mississippi for my refill, and all day they been giving me the run around it was an awful experience and worry one. . So, I ended up going to Walgreens instead after Winn Dixie pharmacy wasted my whole day thinking I will get my medication refilled no refill even though I had til 6pm to take my second pill and Winn Dixie pharmacy let me down with their misleading and lies. and rudeness. .. I have never experienced such horrible treatment like this from Winn Dixie before.
