I buy the best service packages available for everything nice I buy. I recently purchased a top of the line lap top computer. It did not function properly. (It would not print and stated, "no driver found." I would not allow us to install a driver. While waiting in line to give it to the Geek Squad, I dropped it. Now, the power button was jammed. After weeks of waiting, I called to check the status. After waiting for HOURS on hold, and being transferred to different numbers to wait even longer, I discovered that the only repair in "progress" (I use the word "progress" loosely) they are not aware of the "driver" problem. So, when I get it back, if I get it back, I will have to start over with another repair issue. You are going to reply by saying Covid this and Covid that and Covid, covid covid. I am very disappointed.
