1st call to Walgreens this morning regarding my nebulizar being billed in correctly I spoke to a gentleman who I did not get his info during this call but later found out on the third call that his name is Nathan. Second call regarding my nebulizar billing after dealing with the call center they finally transferred me to the Troy store since they are the only ones who can call and get an override. While waiting to speak to someone something happened and the call was transferred to the survey. Now I call and asked for the store manager. Jess answered. I told here that this is an ongoing issue with it being billed and told her I had talked to her before regarding this issue. She said she would see what is happening. next thing I know is I here a male's voice so I asked who he is. his response was jess said I was cussing and yelling at her. No I was not cursing but raised my voice since this is an on going issue with walgreens that happens twice a month since the beginning of the year.
Desired outcome: apology, tell the truth, help not hinder, bill it correctly, and if you can't do your job then find one you can.
