GameStop - unethical behavior

Hello,

I shop at gamestop all the time. Especially for it's pre orders. I'm even a powerup rewards member. I visited my gamestop at around 7:40 PM CST on November 16, 2019. They greated me I said hello back. They asked me if I was looking for something in particular. I said no, because of my antisocial personality. I was looking for some grips but I wanted to find them for myself, maybe I spotted something else I liked. I was looking around and suddenly the two workes follwed my and then asked me again if I was looking for something. It felt really invasive and a little embarrassing. There were other customers in the store. All white. I was the only latinx person there. I then told them sure I'm looking for some grips for the pro contoller. The lady (which i know because she has ringed me up a couple of times in the past) tells the male worker no we don't have any. She couldn't even look at me. Then she says sorry about that. I said that's fine thanks. I couldn't help but fell embarrassed, and a little persecuted. As if they wanted me to out of the store as soon as possible. I drove home with this feeling, as I parked at home I decided to give them a call and let them know how I felt. I decided to give them one last chance. I called and Rachel answerd the phone, I explained to her how I felt. All she had to say was "Do you have a question" I told her not a question just a comment and she said ok good bye. My heart was embarrassed one last time. I later found out thay Rachel Grady is in fact the manager. I found her Facebook an as employment she has "Queen of Gamestop". To me that was troubling. I couldn't help but feel sorry for her. I felt better after seeing that. I'm a physical opposed to digital guy. I enjoy going shopping for tangible items. E-commerce is growing at a rapid speed and with customer service like this physical stores are soon to be gone. It's kind of a cliche but I'm done getting my games through the store. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. Enjoy your day and share a smile.

Best,
Santi
