Ross Dress for Less

I will never patronize another Ross store or its affiliate. I filed a complaint almost a month ago and not one member of management will respond back.

An employee ran out the store with a basket that I accidentally left in the store that belonged to the Marshalls next door. She ran out the store with the basket called me STUPID and told me not to leave Marshall’s basket in the store that this is not Marshall’s but Ross. The manger I spoke with that Night gave me the wrong name for the worker for me to report her. When I did call several days later and spoke to the store manager she was rude too but she did know the situation and gave me the correct name of the worker. I was informed by the Manager when I told her what happened ”well I’ve never heard her talk like that before”. Never once did she say I’m sorry for what happened, just that I’ll talk to her.

I will never shop at a Ross again.
