Walgreens - Sertraline and vyvanse

I have been using the Walgreen's pharmacy at Hallsferry and Jennings Station Road in St Louis, Mo for the last 20 years if not longer. The pharmacy is still a major vein in the community of North St Louis City and Jennings, Missouri. I am a nurse at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St Louis and at least 20 percent of the sickle cell patients treated at our facility utilize this pharmacy.
My biggest problem is how the service to the community has declined but I do not believe the service to the clients have declined or should I say the patient population. Some people may have left the pharmacy to drive further out for better treatment but they still live in the area. I say this because I was prepared to be done with Walgreens but my insurance did not change over as I thought it would.
When I need refills of my Vyvanse or Methylphenidate I have to wait until the day I take the last pill to get the refill. I work daily and the medication helps my focus at work but several times this year I have had to go without my medication because the pharmacy does not open until 8 am and then at least one time I was told to wait until 11 am before I could pick up my refill. My physician has told me that this interferes with medical treatment and compliance. He tells me that most pharmacy's at least allow a one day grace period. I have picked up medications for my husband at other locations and they do not ask for license and signature for controlled substances. I get my son's medication at Cardinal Glennon for him and I can sign for the Rx instead of having to give my license and being made to wait until the last pill has been taken before refilling the medication. There has been at least 2 times that I had to wait for the last day and then the medication was not in stock and it took days before it could be delivered.
The problem that really made me write today is I called last week on 8/30/21 to have prescriptions for Zoloft and Vitamin D to be transferred from CVS to Walgreen's due to insurance coverage. The pharmacist said he was not calling CVS until the next day 9/1/21 and then I could pick it up a day after that 9/2/21. He asked for the phone number of the CVS pharmacy and I looked it up and gave it to him. I also got a prescription of my Vyvanse filled on 8/27/21 a couple of days prior to the call on 8/30/21 because they had to get a delivery of Vyvanse. On 8/31/21 I went to pick up the medication and they still did not have the delivery. On 9/1/21 I went to pick up my refill and they gave me the 10 pills for my refill instead of 30 pills. I called Sunday 9/5/21 and the tech asked if I still had any Vyvanse left and I told her yes and she said they still did not have an order for the medication and it would not be addressed until Tuesday 9/7/2021. I asked about my Zoloft as I have been out of the medication for a week now and I am having side effects and she said there were no notes in the profile regarding having the prescription transferred and I have to wait until 9/7/21 before they would even address calling the pharmacy. I gave her the phone number again for the CVS pharmacy and she said she would leave a note.
One more thing, everytime I call the pharmacy I am on the line at least 30 minutes and for the call on 8/27/21 an another phone service picked up but transferred me to [protected] and I waited on hold 20 minutes and they hung up on me. I called again and had to wait 30 minutes before the pharmacist answered the line. I know you are lowballing the staffing at this location and are probably ready to close it but I will tell anyone I know that Walgreen's is not a good company for people who live in neighborhoods that are low income. You need to do something better in terms of service instead of poor management and poor service before you shut the doors and make people have to drive out further for care. This neighborhood is now lower income and Walgreens is treating the customers like a slave population. I am so angry with your decline in management.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my prescriptions filled and I would like to have a response regarding the service at this location from administrative staff. Please contact me at [protected] or email [protected]@yahoo.com
