I purchased an order on 1/03/2024. Store # 13156 on Telegraph Rd in St. Louis, mo. I paid $35.21 for food we could not eat. It was overcooked and dry as though it sat the for hours. I don’t usually complain but this was the second time this has happened at this store. I ordered mild chicken and white meat. It was all dark meat. Mash potatoes barely had gravy on it. The next day I went to the store to complain and they said nothing can be done about it. I also took the survey on the ticket and checked that I wanted to be contacted. Never heard a word from them.
