The bra I couldn't exchange it, but that's crazy because I have my receipt... I was wondering if there's anything that I could do that would let me exchange my bra out... Your bras are too pricey to just say forget about. Please reach back out
Desired outcome: I would love to be able to just simply do a even exchange
I tried to place an order Sunday. I made nine (9) phone call and was never picked up by customer service all it did was hang up. There was a sale going on and I had 7 items. During which time one of the items sold out. I did not get anywhere online either. There is definitely something wrong with the store and site. Customer service does not exist. No human contact whatso ever! I am totally disgusted with the entire situation.
