Yes my name is Samantha Dorsey, I had made an appointment with aspen dental in Jeff city. I had very bad infection and I also had a wisdom tooth pass my bone line, so they had to cut the tooth in half. So my surgery appointment for that was 7-9-19. 7-13-19 they had called me and told me that I needed to reschedule my appointment because the doctor was gone. Between 7-13/7-24-19 I had two different times to been seen with still a lot of pain. 7-24-19 they had called me and told me that the doctor was gone and I had to reschedule my appointment, well at that time I just told them to cancel everything at once. I needed to be seen and still do need to be seen I have a big bump on the side of my right side the whole inside is swelled.
