Casey's - Rude behavior

On Sunday July 25, 2021 I ordered a pizza from Store # 1640. Because I couldn't get the app to work on my phone, I called the store and ordered the pizza over the phone. It was a new girl. I picked up the pizza and the same girl took the slip off the pizza and I asked her for a receipt because I always use a credit card when I used the app. I thought because I told her about the app that she charged it to the credit card I had stored on the app. I took the pizza and left the store and headed home which is 25 minutes from the store. I got almost home and I got a call from this girl and she said I took the pizza without paying for it. I offered to give her my credit card over the phone but she refused and said I must come back to the store immediately. I got back to the store and I asked for the manager on duty. Crissy came over and said she was the manager. I told her what happened and she copped an attitude. She was very rude as if I did it on purpose and she was very rude. I thought to myself, Yes this store needs help and it should start with this rude manager. I can always get my pizza from another Caseys.

Desired outcome: I feel I should get an apology
