Dollar tree treats staff like they are pieces of shi... The st. Louis regional directors lie to employees, don't give raises even after 4 yrs service, treat management as if they were dogs and smile the whole time. Take care of those that help you. Train to retain and reward those that put up with the bs. Corporate turns a blind eye to what goes on in stores. They micro manage and believe that staff is the root of all theft and discrepancies. Not an employee appreciative company at all
Desired outcome: Pay people what they are doing to make this company successful
