6/27/23 I ordered 367571Sand Rock Size 10P 19 STR TWILL SKIMM $62.65 via phone. I received size 4. Yes, I waited way too long to call to resolve this issue.

6/2723 I ordered 367057 white/fresh elbow sleeve scoop $34.65 size medium petite via phone. This was too small. Yes, again, I waited way too long to call to call to resolve this issue.

I called 9/17/23 to order 36757 in size 10p as it was originally ordered.

I also changed 367057 since this item was no longer available to a misses medium size in braberry pink. I returned both items to Talbots. There would be no shipping costs.

The TOTAL AMOUNT CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD WAS $114.01. Talbot gave me a refund/credit amount of $28.46!
