I had a mobile order that I picked up curbside. When I arrived the drive thru line was wrapped around the building to the road. I checked in on the app and after about 5 min the car next to me received their order and left. 15 min from when I arrived I called the restaurant and asked about the status of my order since almost the whole drive thru line had placed and received their orders. They told me it would be right out. The rest of the drive thru has cleared to the point of no one being in the drive thru line. I had to wait almost 10 more minutes after I called for them to bring me my food. I normally wouldn’t complain about slow service as I’ve worked in the service industry, but it took almost 10 minutes to bring me my food (which they said had been sitting there ready when I called and it was not a large order) when I was the only customer at the restaurant. To top it off, the lady who delivered my food didn’t even bother to apologize for my wait.
