We were trying to come to restaurant for my birthday. Both daughters and I tried to get advanced seating. Very rude! Was told you won't sit together first then said come in at 930 or don't come! I wanted to come with my family. My grandson cried. I was so disappointed... That's where I wanted to bring family of 12! If you can't accommodate, families that's one thing, just shouldn't be rude about it!

Please refer to rule 101 of table booking:
1. You phone the restaurant and ask if they have a table available.
2. They give you a time that you can be accommodated e.g. 9:30pm.
3. If the time is not good for you, then you go elsewhere.
Number 4 is optional:
4. You post a complaint despite the fact the restaurant tried to be accommodating.
(Crying grandson is also optional)
