Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC] - Faulty oil change

My wife brought in her 2016 Chevy Traverse on October 11th, 2023 for a routine oil change. When she got home I noticed oil leaking. She brought it back and the technicians shook their head and didn't know what happened. Once she got home I noticed the PVC valve was broken. This had to have happened during the oil change. I replaced the valve myself, but at this point the vehicle needed to be brought in to a professional to clean it up, and see what potentially is going on. I have receipts from Honest 1 auto body stating the issues were caused by a faulty oil change. I had to pay for another oil change, undercarriage cleaning, oil, pvc valve, and not to mention the wear and tear on the vehicle. I have official receipts I can go over if someone would actually take time and figure this out. I thought I had a manager helping me out at the Savage location, but they ended up blowing it off and being very rude. The claims department has not called back like they have "claimed" no pun intended, they would. I just want to be refunded the extra money it has costed me.

Claimed loss: Roughly $300.00

Desired outcome: Refund
