I have been going to the Cub Sun Ray store for 25 years with no serious complaints until today. I did not have my Cub card so I tried using my phone that I have used for years and have used at this store before. The cashier said I could go to customer service to get my gas rewards - obviously not -
Cathy at customer service (who appears to be the only one who knows their job) called the assistant manager, Billy who informed me that I couldn’t get my gas rewards on $253.76. He had no explanation or personality to be dealing with the public. Has a “better than you” attitude and needs customer service training.
I am a senior citizen living on a limited budget and spend anywhere from $200 to $300 a week at this Cub store. I will not shop there any longer as long as Billy is the assistant manager. I’m sure you don’t care about this but if Cub offers a program they should adhere to it.
