Wells Fargo - Employee at extension #344 named Jen

I talked to an employee #455 extension for wells fargo rewards travel and she was sooooooo rude! She was a complete idiot and had never heard of oslo, norway to start? She is a travel agent! She spent 50 minutes trying to figure out how to book international flights.
I asked her to find shortest distance and she didn't understand? I had to ask her what the price was and she didn't know how to convert price to miles? I also asked about comfort class and she didn't understand. I asked to talk to a supervisor. They were none available.

Then she proceeded to scold me, wouldn't listen and talked over me for 10 minutes. This was the worst experience ever, almost enough for me to move banks since this was so awful! Ask if your travel agent resides at extension 455 before you book! So far, I have been on the phone for 90 minutes. Stupid!
