All I wanted was a refill of blood pressure medication. I called it in yesterday, 9-20-23, and recording stated it would be ready after 11 am 9-21-23. As of 8:00 PM 9-21-23, the refill has not been completed. Not the first time this has happened. The prior refill of blood pressure medication was also delayed. I received a voice mail saying medication was ready to be picked up but when I arrived, the refill was not available.
Upon next opportunity to switch pharmacy, I will.
