Snap Fitness

I am a member of the forest lake, minnesota Snap. I believe it is under new ownership. The gym has gone down hill since. Very dirty. Over the holidays, it ws very apparent that no cleaning of the club, bathrooms or even emtying of trash had happened in weeks. Today there was mud from someones shoes around the equipment that was there 3 days ago. the mirrors and windows have not been washed in months! Many of the remotes for the tvs are taped together and many have not worked for several weeks, despite putting them on the desk with a note. I have friends that have been attempting to get through to the owner to join and have not gotten responses from anyone. Is there anything corporate can do to make this club better? I have pictures if interested.
