Budget Rent A Car

I rented a budget rental car on August 4th to 9th, 2021, a five day rental). I have four (4) concerns and complaints that I would like to formally document for your review and resolution as follows:

1. Upon my initial registration process, I had the representative indicate a specific car that was able to rent and that the rental office would be able to pick me up - within 5 miles from my home - I am 2.5 mikes away. Upon the pick up day in question, no one picked me up. when I called the office, the agency operator Mohamed indicated that they don't do pick ups and was told to call for a Uber! (did not find this operator to be very honest with me, because my research indicated that Budget does provide this service!)
2. The vehicle that I rental was dirty on the inside and outside of vehicle and apparently not washed from the previous rental. My schedule did not allow me to return the vehicle. I did have to have the vehicle washed and cleaned. In addition, the operator Mohamed did not walk around dates vehicle with me.
3. I attempted to contact the rental office on several occasions and no Budget repre3sentative was apparently available to take my call let alone to return it.
4. Upon my return trip I had an emergency that I had to attend to and attempted to contact the Budget rental office on several occasions through out the day and was not able to reach representative. I left message but no representative returned my call. I found this unprofessional and un-business like. Upon my return the next morning, I was told that there would be an additional $100 charge per day. (having made the initial reservation through Costco, this contract agreement said there would be a 12% discount, but when the additional day was assessed no discount was applied!)

I found this experience at this office - 14019 Grand Ave South, Burnsville, MN 55337 to be very un professional. As I have noted above, I have serious concerns that the operator at this location was being honest with me. In response to the above noted complains - I will think twice before I ever make another reservation from Budget at this location any time soon!
