I paid for food At 10:47 AM I didn't receive food until 11:30 food was a lukewarm I asked for a food to be remade they heated the food up and brought it back not the same quality I asked to talk to manager. manager came back with a remade omelette same pancakes I ask for a refund. After sitting in IHOP for almost an hour for bad service and no food I should have at lease gotten an apology but I didn't, only to have my money refunded to my credit card reluctantly after I told them I would call credit card company myself to have amount rejected.
