I just checked in today 8-12-21 Red Roof Inn Warren, Michigan on Dequindre Avenue
THE staff definitely took my $50 deposit right away to check in. but once I went into the room, I picked up the remote for TV and nothing happened. I really enjoy and love TV.
I turned it on manually and only 3 channels worked, I wouldn't mind if it would have just shown the local channels, but it didn't. One channel was to order movies and it doesn't work because remote isn't working.
I asked for another remote and it didn't work either, I asked for a second one and didn't work either.
I definitely think Management was taking advantage of me. They knew the TV problems with room 157. When I talked with the front desk, he just said Wi-Fi problems…. To get a local channel is Wi-Fi problems?
I would appreciate a full refund because I checked out of my room and never stayed overnight.
I was in room 157 on August 12, 2021. Name is Clarence Collins. At the Red Roof Inn in Warren, Michigan.
Desired outcome: Checked out a few hours later because I was waiting on Management to respond
