Burger King

I place my order at the drive thru. I tell csr the coupons I have. She needs a code for the nuggets coupon, I give it to her, she gives me a total. All good. I get to the pay window and she reads her screen total, charging me an extra 1.49 from the speaker total. I tell her that's wrong, she repeats the incorrect total back to me. I say no. Guy who thinks he's a manager tells me I'm wrong before checking anything. Tells csr to take the next order while while totally ignoring me. I have to scream thru the window that a $5 whopper and $3 chicken nuggets (with coupon) is $8 plus tax-not 9.50 plus tax. The pick up window was also a complete disaster. "Huh, what was your order"? Not the employees fault. They were so obviously new - every single one of them. Shame on the franchise owner/ or corporate store for allowing no supervision - for letting every one of these employees to end their shift feeling defeated. I won't be eating at Burger King ever again
