I received the rewards card and had no problems. Then they changed it to online only. Since registering online, it only worked for a short time. Then you were required to sign in and get a code sent to email to complete the sign-in process. The code never works and you cannot get into the app. I get emails saying I have points that are expiring, but I can't use them without signing in. I get emails for specials for members only, but can't sign in to get the specials. This is crap that has been on going since sometime last year.
I tried making a complaint through the company website, but after writing it all up, it won't allow you to submit it. Exasperating!
Desired outcome: To give NEW cards and take my email off the existing account so I can use the card.
