My name is Tamara, and I was shopping at your store Thursday, October 24 around 3:30 pm. I just wanted to let you know that I was looking for some coats and didn't know where they were, so I asked a floor associate if I'm not mistaken she had on a name tag that said Lucia. She was extremely rude to me, gave me a really big attitude for asking her twice and was extremely unprofessional like she didn't want to be there at all! I'm sorry I usually don't complain, but the way she treated me with such disrespect that makes me never want to come back to even shop. I work in Customer Service too, so I know what it's like but I don't think you should have rude and unprofessional people like her working at your store.
