There is always a long line at this store! for a Saturday I couldn't believe there were only 2 cashiers working. They both had a no care demeanor to move customers through. There were other workers in the store I couldn't figure out why no one else was jumping in to help including the manager in charge that day.
I expressed my concern to ANA and she was rude "saying how do you think we feel to not have extra help and she addressed me as LADY if you don't like it complain to management!" No smile or concern just rude in every way.
When I got to my car, I called the store and spoke to a manager and expressed what just happened. She listened and said it would be addressed in the next meeting.
I will NEVER shop there again! Makes no sense LONG LINES and to be TALKED TO RUDELY
Desired outcome: DO something about better service in the CHECKOUT Area, MORE cashiers especially on the weekends!!Hire nicer people who know how to be NICE and PROFESSIONAL to customers.
