We arrived late in dallas then get here and our bus was late then the greyhound employees waited until it was a hour passed to tell us that our bus driver had to go to sleep so we have to sit here 8 hours bad enough my life was put in danger on your bus when one of the passengers threatened to kill somebody and the driver had to pull the bus over so why is it that your company can not only out our life in danger but not hold up your end of the deal by making sure the same way we paid for our ticket u have the right to honor that by getting us to our destination plus your bathrooms does not have anytoilet liners yall have been false advertising your safety regimes when u honestly dont care about your customers only our money u dont want to refund our ticket. After you breach the contract thatvyou were obligated to honor our ticket and yet u make us wait in unsafe unsanitary situation we have to sit on floor because there is not enough seats u have us missing our medication missing court because you failed us. Our life is in your hands and u almost got us killed byba passenger threatening to kill us on the bus with all these mass shootings going on your driver should have yaken this more serious I will not recommend your company to anyone and I will post.
