Ally Financial - Lien release

The loan was paid off on 5/13/2019. I'm calling for months to get the Pink Title or the lien release with Ally's original signature so I can go to MVA and remove my name from the title.
I can't get in touch with anyone. Their customer service from 1-888-925-2559 are in Philippine and they have no idea what I'm asking for.
I keep calling 1-888-948-4853 Title Department and no one is answering.
I'm in need of the Lien Release as soon as possible.
