On August 15 I ordered two couches and two end tables. I was told I would get delivery in 3-4 weeks. At 3.5 weeks I received a call scheduling delivery. It wasn't until the day of delivery that I discovered only my end tables were being delivered. At this point I have never been called for updates. I have to inquire about when delivery will happen and it continues to get pushed out.
When I call the store no one calls me back even though I have been promised multiple times that someone will. I wait on hold for upwards of 45 minutes. When I text they simply give me updated deliveries that keep getting further away. My customer order number is [protected].
Gardner-White Furniture - terrible employees & management
I would strongly advise anyone who is contemplating buying anything from Gardner White, to reconsider. Had we been thinking, we would have googled about GW first before we even went to that store. We usually shop at either Art Van or Value City Furniture BUT GW was running an ad that if you bought that weekend, same as cash for 48months. What a joke! We...
