My son ordered 2 burgers and chili for himself and a double cheeseburger meal with strawberry Frosty for me.
He gets home and all I got was the Frosty. So I called and told them all I got was the Frosty. I was told they did not give him the bag.
So he goes back and they gave him the double cheeseburger (not even in a bag) and said they are not going to replace the fries.
So I called and talked to Millie. She said that I got the fries because she remembers putting one order of fries in both bags. That's wrong because my son didn't even order fries and never got them. I ordered them and never got them.
Millie was giving me some b.s. about the company policy only is for replacing burgers.
So bottom line is Millie claims she put an order of fries in each bag. There were no fries in either bag (my son never even ordered any), so the bags with fries either went to someone else or she lied.
Desired outcome: Contact Millie and set her straight on the correct way to handle a legitimate complaint. AN order of fries isn't worth the negative freedback and unsatisfied customer.
