T.J. Maxx

We were told if we opened a TJMaxx card we would receive 10% off our $334.81 purchase and that did not happen. My credit score is over 800 points and it was immediately approved so there was NO reason that shouldn't of happened. I would of NEVER opened the card if I had known this and I'm thoroughly disgusted with the way it was handled. The cashier never offered to find management or attempt any action to try and fix the problem. I will NEVER visit TJMaxx again and neither will my friends and family.
