February 7, 2020
Hello, hired as an hospice/nurse assistant by the Ann arbor, Michigan branch office (Heartland)by the old management. When the new management took over, she never communicated to me what I needed to do, or gave me an schedule. I was just hanging around the office asking what is going on. The only thing given to me was a phone without the charger, that would caused two missed visits on the phone. It was not important to the office until corporate contacted them about the miss visits, and I still did not receive a charger for the phone. The new management told me that I missed 4 phone calls and that I will not work out. I responded that she have nothing else to do but to discriminate on innocent new employees. This is a lack of communication by the management, and a violation of my rights. I would suggest to all that is reading, sometimes a good company can have bad employees operating under their own interest. The branch office is prejudice and lack social skills, no wonder they do not want a union representative there!
I did not get my pay, or warning of termination; I was a trainee for a week!
