Pizza Hut

My order was delivered over an hour late. The food was cold and raw. The pizza was inedible. I called the store to let them know. They said they would remake the order and send it out. I never received the second order. By the time they told it would be delivered it was 830 pm. I called the store multiple times but they closed at 8 pm. I phoned the store the following day to tell the manager what had happened only to be accused of lying about not receiving my order. The bill was $28.80 and the manager offered a $10 credit which I denied.
