Burger King Store # 18238 Portland Jetport

While waiting for our flight's departure, we went to the above mentioned

Burger King looking forward to a Whopper. When we attempted to order we were told that they had no burgers, so we changed to a fish sandwich. Again we were told that they didn't have the fish either. We had to settle for an overcooked, dry, tasteless, overpriced chicken sandwich. Never in my life have I gone to a restaurant specializing in burgers to be told they didn't have the necessary ingredients to make their specialty items. I don't lmow who is the manager of this location, but they need to be replaced. Purchasing is part of the job and this manager failed miserably! An employee by the name of Katie was the only positive note of our visit. She was alone at the counter, was handling the fries, and treated customers with repect during a very trying time. There was a line out into the concourse.

Kudos to Katie, termination for a very poor manager!
