I have PTSD and I have a service dog.. I walked into this location for the first time, and no more then a few seconds later this guy comes running in screaming, no dogs allowed.. It put me in a very stressful situation..
It appeared this person was not on duty at the time, and it felt like he purposefully went out of his way to cause me great emotional stress.
No one in the store had on anything indicating they worked for 7 eleven. Not even name tag.
I hope going forward, 7 Eleven trains their employees not to be tyrants but customer appreciative.. if I still feel this way come tomorrow, I'm going to contact a lawyer..
